Spots on full Dinamica AMG performance steering wheel
Hi,
After around 3 months of moderate driving, I noticed some wierd spots on the full DINAMICA steering wheel of my GLC63s (Picture attached). I have never had a DINAMICA or Alcantara steering wheel before so I'm looking for feedback as to whether this is normal or something to be concerned about. If this is indeed normal DINAMICA behaviour, I would appreciate some guidance on how to restore it back to it's original look.
Same thing happened to my E63s steering wheel and now my GLC 63. I just have the dealership replace it under warranty when it gets really bad.
It's just matted down. Takes 10 minutes to fix as video describes. After that, just use the felt brush every time you wash the car and it will look new all the time.
Unless you are keep cleaning and reconditioning it, they all look like **** eventually unless you put on driving gloves everytime you drive, you greasy palm will wear that down over time.
Cleaning and reconditioning just delays the inevitable.
