Been looking for a newer GLC 63 Amg for about a week now. Called MB West Covina they had new one. Told me there was a $40k market adjustment. I said goodbye and bought one that was CPO'd.
Wow, how common is this elsewhere?

Common but not sure they are actually selling them. Seems they are waiting for a complete fool to pay that premium.
Would you mind sharing the price you paid and waht you got? 63/63s Coupe/SUV..
I'm also begining to search one out and would be interested in what others have found and are paying to get some sort of realistic price for a CPO or used late model. I'm specifically looking for 20-21 coupe 63s.
Totally normal for a $10-15K premium on a new one. Maybe $5K on a CPO car. Look on Facebook for the GLC63 group and there’s a guy who just listed a 2020 for sale at $85 in Illinois.

If it's the same one I saw it's a non S - SUV. Which means 85K might be over the original MSRP.
I just picked up a new 2021 GLC63S coupe with a $98K MSRP. Technically paid MSRP but had to get clear bra and ceramic coat from dealer, which I believe was marked up a few grand. Ended up around $104K plus tax and shipping from East Coast,
Yep that’s right. It’s actually over the original MSRP for it. It’s a bear market right now for an S or an SUV. You lucked out if you paid MSRP right now, even though I’ll say that $98K isn’t exactly sticker. Dealers have lost their minds. New buyers need to be prepared to be patient and consider paying to ship a car almost as normal as paying sales tax. Waiting for something to show up within a 200 mile driving distance may be a long wait unless you live in LA or Miami.
I stand corrected. I’ve never seen one optioned like that with literally every single option ticked. That’s not “well optioned”, there aren’t any options to tick. My SUV was optioned the same including the designo white interior for $3200. Nice find!

At least when I was shopping all the new models at dealers were loaded out with $95K+ MSRPs. I probably would've passed on a few if I was to order one but obviously the pickings are slim!
Sounds like you got a great deal on your cpo unit as well, enjoy! Seems the days of getting a discount on a new V8 anything are long gone.
