AMG Australia Track Warranty
I had a recent track day here in Sydney, Australia. It was a great experience, enjoyed taking my 2020 GLC63S Coupe to the track and see how well it performs.
Everything went well until 4th session where check engine light came on and stayed on for few seconds and power was also limited at that time, then it switched off. Everything went well in 5th and 6th session, no check engine light on.
While returning home check engine light came on and is still on after 3 days. I haven't used car after the track day and was hoping if it was due to transmission or differential heating up, it will cool down in 2 days and check engine light will be off but that hasn't happened.
I'd need to then take the car to the dealer now and I'm confused whether should I be upfront and mention that check engine light came on after the track or try and hide.
Not sure tracking the car has voided the warranty.
Did some of you had any similar previous experience and did you share that with your dealer?
Please suggest, thanks.
What are your thoughts?

Unfortunately, I don't have a scanner. For now I've got an appointment with the dealer for 24th Aug (that was the earliest one which was available).
While booking the appointment via email I didn't mention that it was after the track day specifically. If they'd want to know more on day of the appointment then I'll share the details.
Will share here how everything goes on that day.
Thanks again!
There is misfire from cylinder 7 and they'd need to replace the ignition coil for which they'd need to keep the car for a day or two as the coil will be ordered from the warehouse in Melbourne.
All will be covered in warranty.
Now I'm only wondering if this caused from pushing the car to the limits on the track or is it just random and can happen anytime with this engine? What are your thoughts?

Update on the car
I picked up the car yesterday evening from dealership. All covered under warranty, replacement of ignition coil and labour.
Driving happily again with rumbling and cracle/ pops.
