2026 GLC AMG 43 DOG
I have a 2024 GLE AMG 53 and love it. Now my wife needs a new car. She saw a post with the 2026 GLC AMG 43 and feel in love with it. Does anyone have the DOG for the 2026? And I have noticed some complaints about the engine in prior years for the engine in the 43, anyone have any comments on the engine? Thanks for your help. (The alternative car is a Macan S. Yes it cost $10k more than a comparable GLC 43.

FWIW, I just got a 2025 GLC AMG 43 and LOVE IT. The engine is great. Fast as heck. I was also considering a Macan S, but the tech in the AMG is light years more advanced. And I thought that in the spirited driving I have done, the AMG handles great. Also, amazing interior.

Congrats on your new car. Sounds cool. When I purchased my 2024 GLE 53 I considered the Porsche Cayenne and I decided to buy the Mercedes primarily because of the cabin/interior, just felt like a higher level of comfort and quality. yes the Porsche had a slight edge on performance, the Mercedes performance is all I need.

Update: Found you tube videos of the 2026 GLC. There were a half dozen, seemed like official MB videos. I sent one to my dealer and he said that they were AI generated fake video. And that there were no significant changes in 2026 for the GLC. The videos were professionally done and with lots of information about the engine options, the exterior , the interior the technology. Any comments? Is the dealer shooting straight or does he want to sell a 2025? To this point my sales guy has been honest and truthful and very knowledgeable so I am inclined to believe him that they are fake reviews on you tube. just google 2026 mercedes benz glc and judge for your self.

exactly. My dealer said no changes in 2026 and any changes would probably be in the 2027 model. He said that the 2025 model was updated in 2024. Makes sense as the 2024 model years for the GLE and GLC had redesigned front end with the wings.
