I never had any vehicle with Head-up Display, is it worth it or just another gadget? Does it get you distracted looking at it when driving?

Option questions
Have head up display on my M4 and love it - opposite of a distraction. You don’t have to look down at the instruments to get all relative info. One on my car is tough to see with polarized sunglasses, though.

Good to hear this. I was going back and forth on this because I live in tropical weather, very hot and humid, and the heat issue was putting me off a bit. But was also thinking if window tint or some other window treatment would help with that. Was it installed on the inside or outside?

The current embargo on full driving reviews of the 2020 GLE is to be lifted this Wednesday, November 21 so in addition to numerous reviews, we should soon know base pricing and get an updated US DOG.
Even though the 22" wheels don't appear in the initial US DOG, does anyone think there's a chance M.B. will offer them in the next revision of the US DOG? Why can German buyers order this wheel on a GLE 450 but not here in the US where it's built? Very odd decision.
And why can't we select the MBUX Technology Package along with the Burmester® High-End 3D Surround Sound System? I'm not willing to give up the MBUX Technology Package but I would love to option both.
Some of these restrictions are real head-scratchers.

Just got off the phone with my dealer. I called to ask if my order was allocated. BTW, I wanted to order the R77 21" wheels but they're not available with the AMG Line Exterior package. I selected the RZV 20” AMG Twin 5-Spoke Wheels instead. I'll try to purchase the 22" AMG wheels down the road for my summer tires.

As long as they're ready to post and just waiting for the embargo lift, we should see some early tonight. Embargo lifts at 12:01 am CET, which is 6:01 pm EST.

Also I'm back to contemplating on adding the Night Package to my black car. Hmm....options.
I'm being told that I probably have a couple of weeks before the order gets locked from any additional changes....FYI for others in the first Feb decade build.
