After much messing around, dealerships that had no idea about the bolt change, and three trips to the tire shop, a new bolt order, I finally got them installed. Let it snow!

The first few interior pics were taken with my iPad & flash at night. Then I took two with my Pixel 5 using no flash-this is what the interior really looks like at night. The final pics show the factory tire and the huge red brakes that are standard on the 63S and optional on the 53 as part of the Dynamic Plus Pkg.
Here’s a picture of the rear after adding black badging and blackout of the chrome hatch strip. I ended up doing this myself...I was quoted $300-$400 for the chrome piece alone. I bought 3M blackout tape and a bottle of applicator fluid for $35 and have enough left to do a lot more chrome. By the time you drop off your car, leave it for 1/2 day and add in the time and trouble for 2 people for the ride coming and going + $$$👎

Looks great! Love the brakes; the wheels not so much (JMO).

Excellent built. I was curious how the exterior red and interior combo like this would look. Visually it looked much better than I expected. This is a similar build I was configuring on this vehicle. did you get the exhaust sounds as well?

Skipped the exhaust...if I had it to over I wold get the heated steering wheel and lose the AMG steering wheel controls...here’s my build-

I dislike the goofy steering wheel controls, since you can't operate them while gripping the wheel. (What were they thinking - video game?)
Unfortunately you are forced to take them with the DE6 Dynamic Plus package (at least I was), which eliminates the heated wheel. I also didn't care about some parts of the DE6 package, other than Active Ride Control.
Since I wouldn't have bought a GLE without E-ABC or ARC, I was forced to make the tough decision to forgo the heated wheel.
Now that I know about the poor selection of tires in the 21" staggered sizes, I would have kept the 20" and ordered different wheel/tires for track use, even though I had no track days in 2020.
I see you also skipped the Pano sunroof - I did too, to keep the center of gravity lower and increase the Cargo Capacity.
