UPDATE: Yesterday got word from dealer that it had arrived at the shop. So today I swing by just to see it since it wasn't ready for delivery. SA says everything is OK except it arrived without airmatic suspension option. %^#@%^*(&#! How is everthing OK then? I am thinking about it, but I probably won't be taking delivery of this unit. Waiting to here how long the wait would be for next batch to arrive to the country. So close yet so far. Back to the drawing board.
UPDATE: Dealer was able to modify an existing allocation and my new order is already B3. ! Good news today.

I know on my BMW orders they could tell me what ship it was on and the departure date, then you can track. Have you tried to get that info?

About one month. Ship only takes about 10/12 days but the vehicles are going to Germany and they then go their final destinations.

Well my gle 450 was in the same position as yours on 24.august and it has still not arrived at the dealer. I have been given 4 different dates all of which have come and gone. The latest date is with the dealer tomorrow 23 Oct but iam not holding my breath. It was ordered 7 months ago and i have had zero communication from the dealer unless it has been instigated by me so not really a happy bunny. I just hope it will be worth it in the end.

If i'm being honest my dealer hasn't been to bad they informed me of the delys that everyone was / or still is having, they have informed me today 22/10 that is should hopefully show up between the 31st october and the 12th Nov, like you im sure its worth the wait btw what part of the UK mines coming from lincoln
I just received word that my Diamond White GLE 450 (ordered June 7th, scheduled 1D August) is at the vehicle processing center to be shipped to my dealer in Louisiana. My SA said that it should arrive within the next week.
I'm curious how much time that it takes to orient yourself to the car and all of its programs?
This is may first MB and I'm very excited to finally take delivery although I'm a little worried after reading about so many issues.

We placed our order with MB of Ontario (a Fletcher Jones dealership, top 5 in US volume wise afaik) late JUN19.
Order was delayed multiple times, and finally this week it went from B4 to D5 released to carrier in the blink of an eye.
We almost gave up and jumped to a GLC63 but stayed the course and it should be here very soon.

20 years a BMW loyal customer, ordering a car every 12-24 months and here I am with my first Benz and it’s going to take 4.5 months!!!! All in all, I think it’ll be well worth the wait. We also hope it gets here ASAP, we can’t wait any longer! haha

Mine is coming in to Coventry Inchcape eventually. Today was the day but iam told this morning that it is showing as EU transit which means it has arrived in Zeebrugge but not cleared customs. My Sales guy has emailed Mercedes this morning for an update on delay but may not be too long now, hopefully.

Just got response from my SA that my 580 GLE is scheduled for production, possible delivery end of November / beginning of December. Ordered vehicle end of August.
We're picking up our GLE350 tomorrow. Ordered it early August so it'll be less than 3 months from order to pickup. I'm happy given how many delays I've seen others experience in this thread.

there are total 3 members on the forum order 53 end of August and quoted end of November early December deliver. All from different part of Canada and all our date seems to very uncertain as we getting close to end of October. And the dealer all the sudden don’t have any idea of status. But still quoting is end of the year delivery.
We were able to pick up our GLE 450 today! Our SA gave us a very nice Mercedes backpack, blanket, flashlight and umbrella.
I was definitely impressed as several on this forum have stated. I couldn't believe how well it rode and handled. After a brief demo at the dealer I managed to find everything that I needed for the 60 mile ride home, and will return after I have a chance to play with it some.
The massage seats, spa music and light package were a real treat after an overnight flight. So far, I'm in love with my car!
Your timeline is similar to mine. We placed our order on May 25th, but the allocation allowed the order to be placed on June 7th with 1D August production. That was pushed back several times but It is supposed to arrive at our dealer sometime in the next few days.

You guys got the really fast timeline. I've ordered my 450 on March, and the delivery date should be on June. Until now I've got nothing about my car.
I still don’t get how Mb pick and choose which car to build or send it to the parking lot. If parts not an issue now why are there so many different delivery dates.
