Mercedes me connect APP not working for me.

Mercedes me connect APP not working for me.
Picked up the car Monday, love it. Still learning a lot of stuffs, one thing really annoying is that me connect app doesn't work for me. The dealer activated the services, I signed a bunch pages online and now the car shows up in my account in me portal online. In the car, it says this car linked to xxx account etc. But the me connect APP shows nothing, and won't even allow me to define new vehicle. When I manually input VIN, it says the VIN used by another main user, ask me if I want to be co-owner 
Search online seems a lot of complaints about this, any suggestions? Guess I need more patience, will talk to my SA after a week...

Nope, on website it shows my car, and remote status like fuel level, odmoter reeading, tire pressure etc, but nothing controllable. Did try to activate services multiple times through website, nothing happens. Nothing shows in the APP at all.

I think it might have something to do with the fact that even mbusa is down during my pickup. SA was having a lot of troubles connecting to their system and maybe the entire activation is done only partially. Well, I am giving it a few more days...

I’ll had a similar problem when I got my GLE. One of the problems was my CLS used the old app (Mercedes Me) and I needed the new one (Mercedes Me Connect app) and there was some issue with the two apps. I called the 800 number and apparently there was something the dealer had to do. the customer service person called the dealership and told them what was missing and 10 minutes later it was working.
