If you browse through the websites and the app you will notice many disconnects in the features and language.
Sometimes when I login it doesn't have my vehicle in there, at other times it tells me that I need to activate it.
You may want to try a different browser and disable any adblocks you might have. Its very slow on Safari.

I've contacted the Mercedes Me support team and they're looking into it.

For the price we are paying for these cars, the customer service is shockingly bad. Having owned Audi's Jeep's etc.. they are all the same...bad.
go to www.mercedes-benz.ie and log in there. It will keep trying to send you back to the .co.uk site, but just keep clicking on close.

App works fine, and I tried accessing the website from home and work (https://www.mbusa.com/mercedesme/index).
I also find feature parity to be an odd thing given I can open windows/sunroof on the web but not using the app.
