Today was the big day! Finally got to pickup the new set of wheels for my wife!
Haven't had much time to play with it yet, but so far it's been amazing. Can't wait to really spend some time and really get to enjoy all the features.

She's a beauty. I love the carbon fiber trim and what looks like suede inserts on the seats. That interior is gorgeous.
Congrats your GLE looks amazing! Looking at your pics really shows in detail how much better the new GLE is over the old ML/GLE. What a world of difference.

Second that - fantastic. The "suede" is undoubtedly Dinamica, like I have for my base sport seat. The one shown by MBUSA has red stitching and seat belts. Do you know if that's an option, KJ, or maybe just a US thing?

I wanted this so bad. I wanted the dash stitching to be red as well! But this was not an option in Canada (I asked twice)

Not everything was available yet, they turned down my interior request for black/beige. Y05 designo Red Seatbelts Requires 851 or 857 upholstery. Replaces
U17 (Black Seatbelts) no red stitching. No 22' Wheel option was the biggest disappointment.
Okay, just a point of forum protocol, when quoting a post with a lot of photos you can delete the photos so as to not overly clutter the thread. Just a suggestion. Hope I don't get in trouble again.

I was literally calling the Insurance Bureau of Canada to have the car added to their database so that the insurers could access their data to issue the insurance. As soon as it was done, I called my insurance broker, got my insurance sent over to Mercedes and drove to the dealership within the hour.
I don't think anyone else did that before me, but I was like a kid at Christmas. LOL
