GLE 53 AMG Delai?
Hello,i order my GLE 53 AMG on 10.10.19 with delivery estimated for 03.2020 and production for 01.2020.
Today i receved form my dealer a verryyyy bad news that the engine of 53 GLE is delayed until 04.2020 for production amd delivery for 06.2020.This is more than 3 months delai.Do you know anything about this??? And in this case can i ask for compensation???

You can just be content with your discount or ask for some maintenance to be included

2020 GLE
People have been waiting for their GLEs here in the United States for up to a year in some cases with no updates on the status of their car. If you do put an order in, be prepared to wait. If you have the patience, it will definitely be worth it.

I have also ordered my gle 53 3 months ago.i have an info that car is ready for shiping to eu what takes more than another 3 months. My delivery date is around end of february.

And if shipping from the US it will go train + ship + truck, if slowed at Customs and depending on connections can easily be a month or more....

Shipping here to the DR is about 3-4 weeks.

All GLE’s are produced in the USA and shipped out of the VPC in Brunswick Georgia....not very far from the plant Near Tuscaloosa Alabama. The hold up isn’t likely transportation but they may have more supplier issues since there are some new parts to the GLE 53
