I picked up my GLE350 last week. I noticed today that the Assist Plus is reporting the next service is 0 miles. The Mercedes Me Connect app is reporting the service is overdue.

Am I supposed to do something to fix that? Anyone else experience this issue?

Same thing happened to me when I took delivery and did the initial Mercedes Me setup. It had a Service Due alert on the app. I don't recall doing anything as it just went away eventually.

I had the same and it disappeared after I took it to the service dept. for them to install my wheel locks

Called mercedes me via the car button today. Said that when I bought the car the service dept is supposed to reset a service timer which they think didn't happen. They also said it should have automatically reset itself after 150 miles, but it didn't.

So I am scheduling a time with service to look at it.

Nope, it should say "OK" or "Closed" etc.

When I first got the car, I had the same issue, did some research, and fixed it by myself. First, check this video, which shows you how to access maintenance function (ASSYST PLUS) under hidden Workshop menu:
Then, you will see an item called Handover. Select and confirm this item, and everything should be fine.

I think the dealer should conduct this step when handing over the new vehicle to the owner. Unfortunately, they didn't, which forces us to become more knowledgable.

I have the same issue. I tried the following troubleshooting ways, but nothing works.

1. Uninstall and reinstall the app.
2. Deactivate and reactivate all the services on Mercedes me connect website.
3. Reset MBUX system in the vehicle.

Since I’m using iPhone and your screenshot is from Android, I suspect there are 2 potential causes:
1. It’s a MBUX glitch.
2. It’s an issue related to Mercedes me connect servers.

I use an iPhone and have no blanks on either my GLE 350 or G63.

Interestingly enough it seemed to have reset itself today on its own. I will still take it to thethe dealer to check out.

I had the same issue and contacted the dealer. By the time I arrived at the dealer. It reset itself!

Wish mine would. Next service date was moved to 2021 but still not showing the coolant level, brake pad life etc..

Same issue here. Mercedes Me app does not show brake pad wear or coolant levels. Granted the car is only 4 days old.

About 10,000....you will get an annoying notice about 1500 before that will appear every time you start the car. I took mine in to the dealer for a reset (dealer only function) and then waited until it was due for actual service.
