How often do you change drive modes?

I find that I change the drive mode far more often than I expected. I normally drive in Eco mode (particularly when my wife is in the car, as she finds it a smoother ride), but I regularly shift into sport mode when merging onto the highway. I have used Offroad mode during a snowstorm and some severe rain to great effect. Although the car starts in Comfort mode (don't get me started on the inconvenience of that), I rarely use it and almost always switch out of it.

I know some of you with the upgraded suspension have a few more drive mode options, so I'm wondering how much folks here use the different modes or if you get comfortable with one and largely use it.

The 450 is my wife's DD - she leaves it in Comfort mode all the time and when I drive it, will only occasionally shift into Sport mode for added acceleration.

I generally drive on Individual, where I have everything set to Sport except the suspension, which is set to Comfort.
Found myself switching to Sport on windy roads or highways with a lot of wind, lowered stance helps improve stability.
So quite often, and I am really happy I chose the AIRMATIC suspension, very much worth it IMO.

I have left my 350 in Comfort mode ever since I picked it up in June 2019. However, within the last week I have been trying to remember to switch to ECO mode on starting just to see if I can notice any difference in mileage. It's too soon to tell, and I don't always remember to change it. Haven't tried any of the other modes.

I have recent,y been trying Eco mode. It pretty cool when you lift off the accelerator and the engine decouples forms transmission and goes into coast mode. This process works flawlessly and renegades so smoothly. My other car is the Audi ETron and EVs are configured this way to prolong battery life. The 450s 48 Volt system is quite remarkable.

The way the motor cuts in and out is seamless. Must be some voodoo magic or something.

Dynamic Select modes

I use:
Comfort - 50%
Individual - 25%
Eco - 10%
Sport - 10%
Sport + - 2%
Curve - 3%

Of course, with E-ABC the road scanning function only works in Comfort or Curve modes.

I nearly always drop it in ECO. If it's for a very short trip, I don't bother. Rarely will I use Sport mode, but I am happy to have it when I need it.
My wife leaves it in Comfort 100% of the time.

Curve 70%
Comfort 30% usually used only on freeways as active steering assist appears not to work in curve mode.

Around town I drive in Comfort because I got tired of changing it. On trips I use I mode with my custom settings. It’s ridiculous that the car doesn’t remain in the Mode set but maybe someday....

I do wish I had been able to get one with the AIRMATIC in a timely fashion. It was the one feature I had to sacrifice in order to get one that otherwise matched the specs I had ordered.

I get about 19 mpg in Sport around town and 22-23 mpg when in Eco. The coast mode makes a noticeable difference. You can see the mpg efficiency go up pretty quickly after it engages. It even helps on the highway, if you hit a big downhill because you can coast pretty far at speed without using any fuel. It's really impressive.

I been driving with mostly comfort mode (60%), some individual mode (35%, with all in comfort except engine in eco) and 5% in curve just for fun.
I personally doesn't notice any major differences in MPG between individual (eco engine for coast mode) and comfort. It is probably because I am very light footed, I am already averaging 25 MPG in comfort mode, so the coast doesn't really improve much.

I really like the comfort mode...brings on the power easily when i need it unlike Eco mode. Sport i like to use every now and then.

Comfort - 80%
Sport - 10%
Eco - 10% (long highway trips)
Off Road - 0%
