You need to look from behind the driver's seat, from the 2nd row area. Remove the carpet mat and you'll see a little plastic panel near the foot air vent.
Moving the driver's seat all the way forward and up just makes it easier to access.

Could the 350 have the 12V battery in another place because it is likely larger than the 12V batteries in the other models that also have 48V? If not under the driver seat I would check under the passenger seat on this model. To answer your question about battery draining - it is common for the battery to drain if not driven very much. Use a battery maintainer to reduce the risk of the battery dying if not going to be driven any distance for a week or so. You can also connect to the battery by using the jump start connections under the hood.
