Thank you everybody for the information. I want to have full access to the battery under the driver´s seat, by doing it the right way and not damaging anything in the car. Has anybody done this that can help me out?
I am sending pictures of the battery location and my request is to know how to get everything off (plastics), to have access to the battery completely.
The first time my battery went dead on my 350ML it was an eye opener that I couldn't get to my battery because I couldn't move the seat. Why they didn't leave it in the trunk / cargo area I can't figure out. They did leave a place under the hood to jump the battery at least!

That location is ideal from space utilization, weight distribution and length of wire runs standpoints, and there is not much need to get to the battery except to replace it (a PITA).
