GLE 53 AMG New Owner - Already Having Issues

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
Here is what I ran into on Youtube today, another very unhappy GLE 53 customer.
Apparently, if you have more than one person driving the car when it’s new, the different driving habits may confuse the computer trying to learn your shifting and driving style. We all know that if your wife also drives the car her aggressive gas peddling and your meek style might interfere with the bedding of the system. Just a wild guess. Try it. Reset the transmission and then go out do some spirited driving. You never know if this will fix the issue.
BTW, the GLE 53 AMG is a fantastic vehicle!
When accelerating, right around 20mph, you hear an audible "thump" and the car jerks.
While coming to a stop, right around 6mph, again you hear a "thump" and the car jerks.
Took the car to my local dealer today who has always been amazing with me, and the service advisor jumped in for a quick drive with me and he also noticed that it wasn't normal. The car only has 400 miles and already having issues, which isn't exactly a good experience.
I wanted see if anyone else had similar problems.
It almost feels like something is engaging and disengaging. I tried to a do a search on the forum, but haven't seen anything like this reported.

To top that off, the clear coat is starting to have issues. Looks like iridescent spots on the hood that started after 7 months. It’s currently at Mercedes hopefully getting repaired?
Is anyone else having paint issues??

I’m starting to notice some quality issues that I didn’t notice before. A panel is out of alignment, by a lot. I’m surprised I missed it and surprised that gap made it out of the factory. It’s the front fender and now that I’ve noticed I can’t unsee it, lol and sigh. Also, the A pillar trim on both sides isn’t fully seated/tucked and it won’t stay tucked. I’m going to ask them to try and fix the interior trim but I honestly don’t know how they can fix it because there isn’t enough trim to stay tucked. I’ll share a picture later. And finally, I can’t help but notice the bad orange peel on different panels. After the honeymoon, the real car comes out lol. Still a great car, though. Just these minor annoyances for me and thankfully no major problems yet.
Manufacturing investment in general is moving more south and more west compared with 50 years ago. Population shift in the U.S. and labor cost vs other states are the driving factors.
The lower Mississippi valley is attracting investment now. Old school Ford is investing in Tennessee.
Look at the average hourly wage in northwest Mississippi. bls.gov

The workforce in the deep South has a much better work ethic than those high cost of living places.
Unions haven't provided any advantage to the worker for about 50 years now. I was forced to join the UAW, and I can tell you how much they slowed production.
Unions could be formed in Right to Work states, but somehow they keep getting defeated by the workers themselves.
Name-calling a region, just because they're successful, seems pretty primitive.
