Extend Seat Massage time out

We have 2021 GLE AMG 63 S and use massagers a lot. Is there any way to trick it into lasting more than 15 or 20 min?
TIA

She's pretty damn young to get tired that easily

It is hard to find good help nowadays. I really like her massages when she is working, especially on a road trip. I do notice that "hey Mercedes" is always working. Nice girl!!

Except for when she has sh** in her hears. Have you figured out how to program the * button. Maybe hook massage command to that. I can't fig out how to use it.

The limit is there for a reason. You can easily overheat the motors if you use it too long.

On my BMW it says even the rear sunshade control shouldn't be used too many times in a row otherwise it will automatically disable it to prevent overheating.

I doubt that MB would put in motors that would burn up. We run that massage unit for 6-8 hours at a time. Just annoying having to reset it all the time

I believe it's a single air compressor, with valves to sequentially pressurize small bladders in your chosen massage program. Not several motors starting and stopping. I would think they'd be built for continuous duty, but maybe not.

How do you think an air compressor works.

The massage is mostly a gimmick anyway. I can barely feel it.

Mikapen is correct. There are no motors involved. Compressor runs off house battery. And the new GLE (at least the AMG versions) have serious massage. Older cars? Not much there.

Lol. What do you think an air compressor is?

There is nothing special about your AMG. I have a GLS 580 with the same seats.

The compressor doesn't start and stop with every massage action as stated earlier, avoiding current inrush and wear. Instead there are valves (and a reservoir I believe) that directs air to each bladder, microprocessor driven.
And the AMG seats are different from standard 580 seats.

There is an intensity setting in the Comfort menu, but it's not like Rolfing!

You can set an option to make the massage more intense.

I set mine up (on my profile) to turn on the massage using the two finger (v shape) hand gesture.
