I also wonder if I have lost some brightness with the RJ coding.
I'm interested as well, and will be watching for your experience.
I wondered what he meant by "flicker," but I didn't ask at the time.
I was wondering if it had to do with a frequency incompatibility with the cameras.

Let us know what you think. I had RJ reprogram mine about 2 years ago. It took about 20 minutes. I no longer get flashes from other drivers - actually have never had a flash afterwards. When you are following another car you will see a black box around the other car and on a curve it is neat to see the black box move with the other car. One thing I would like to know when you try out your reprogrammed lights is, are the brights as bright as you remember? The reason I ask is that I have a 2016 Porsche 911 with the "fancy" headlights but they only do high and low beams - does not seem that anyone does the reprogramming of those to European standards. But the high beams on that car are way brighter than the reprogrammed highs of my 2020 GLE.

So I had asked RJ if the coding decreases the brightness of the lights at all and he said:
"Hi it doesn't decrease the brightness, but you have to remember that when its working in matrix mode its shutting off LEDs to dim around traffic so it can appear less bright. But in no traffic its the same brightness"

I wanted to do it anyway so that I could report back the results; however, if I am not satisfied with it, then I would have to pay to remove the coding. So based, on that, I will pass on it.

Had ILS re-coded last week, sans the brightness. @RJA took less than 5 minutes for coding. They did a great job, as usual.

No, I didn't go for the brighter lights as RJA stated that it could cause flickering, and if I wasn't happy with it, then I would have to pay to remove the brighter lights.

I pulled to trigger on RJ Automotive as well.
I purchased some Chinese plug and play OLEDs which I love. The only issue is my dash reports left and right turn signal are out. But they are not. They work fine. Confirmed with Raj he could code out the errors.
I have my appointment tomorrow. My questions is I have a Renntech Stage I tune. Anyone have this if so did you also do the sport+ and what was the impact if any?
