Whistling mirror and fuel filler door

They were talking about wind noise caused by windshield trim or installation.
Is is that a possibility, coming from the windshield trim, instead of mirrors?

It's a long-ish video from a Porsche Club tech session about repairing windshields. Finally at 47:34 is starts talking about trim and airflow noises, which I thought was interesting. It made me wonder if the "mirror whistle" is actually from the mirror.
Unfortunately I've had bad luck and am on my fourth windshield in a year. I have to travel 40 miles to the nearest Big City, and much of the traffic there is gravel trucks. Many convoys per day. So I repaired this crack myself. Not in Driver's view, so if I kept it from spreading I'm good.
