Celsius/Fahrenheit in app???

Anyone know how to change the units from Celsius to Fahrenheit in the app? YES, I see the option in settings to change it, however even with it on Fahrenheit it still shows temp of car while Remote started in Celsius. I have signed out and back in and I think I even deleted the app and reinstalled but temperature of car still shows in Celsius.
THANK YOU in advance.

EDIT- let me also add in the car itself everything shows in Fahrenheit. It’s only the app, after remote starting shows temperature in Celsius.

You need to change the unit settings in the app. In the App, click the three bars on the upper left of your phone screen then click settings then click units.

Thank you. Yes, I tried that multiple times. It’s on Fahrenheit but still shows Celsius when I start the car and shows the temperature of it.

in the car it shows Cel, or on the app?

I believe you have to set MBUX in the car to F too, under your profile. I don’t think you can do that thru the app. You may (not positive) be able to do that thru the Mercedes and me login page on the internet…same page where you download map updates and set up your profile. I believe you can set the units under your profile there to.

Everything in car shows Fahrenheit. Settings in car as well as my profile shows Fahrenheit. It’s only when I start the car it tells me what the temperature in the car is in Celsius in the app.

Mine does the same thing. At this point I'm waiting for MB to update the app to hopefully fix the bug.

Mercedes does some weird things with temp displays in US delivered cars. In the rest of the world you can switch the temperature displayed in the MBUX and the instruments between F and C, and back. But for some strange reason they wont let us do that in the US. I had Raj change mine to C as being an Australian that’s what we work in.

I see, it only does that on the remote start app screen...agree it looks like a glitch in the app.

You probably need to contact the support to report the issue.
I have to do that a while back where they display the range wrong (the number showing is in km, but unit showing is based on the unit you have selected, so it just say 555 km or 555 mi depend on the unit you selected, but the actual "number" part is in relation to km), and it took them like 3 months to get it fixed.

I have the same problem, I'll contact MMC customer support and see what they say.

Oh that's frustrating! I'm Canadian living in the US, and my brain still works in Celsius. Every car I've owned that had enough tech to show temperature always let me choose F or C. I keep the distance to Miles, but want temps to show in C. This is the only car I've ever had where this can't be changed? What the heck?
