We are about to order a GLE450. My wife (rides horses) and would not be able to keep the Macchiato interior clean. So, it looks like we are going to order Mojave Silver Metallic exterior with the Espresso Brown interior. She doesn’t want another white exterior. Does anybody have photos showing the planned exterior/interior color combo? If so, much appreciated. Welcome thoughts on the planned combo. Thanks.
Espresso interior can be found here. It is a good colour. The mojave is more on the beige tint so make sure you see the car in broad daylight. I was leaning towards that exterior color before as on overcast and inside the dealership the it is more silver with a down sheen but on direct sunlight it goes beige. Also check out the mats I have on our GLE as I think it will serve well for your wife.

I think you will find there is a shade/color difference between the Espresso Brown in Tex or the Nappa Leather.

Wife has Espresso Brown in Nappa Leather with I forget what the light brown wood trim is. Didn't think I was going to like it but I do. Looks very nice in her lunar blue.

The macchiato interior is indeed very hard to keep clean. I find the floor mats absolutely impossible. I could not decide on what to get saddle, tan etc. I wound up going with the MB espresso mats The trimming isn’t as nice as on the designo mats but they do have a Mercedes legend and they fit perfectly.

I haven’t checked but I think you now get black with the Machiato…a better interior than the Grey/Brown. It’s a very nice shade of brown in either leather option, haven’t seen it in MB Tex. The brown walnut interior trim goes well and you don’t get the Piano black center console trim that is a dirt collector.

It was actually just recently built in March 22, but with plenty of options missing from my original custom order.
Back in April '21, I ordered a fully loaded GLE 63S but last fall MB cancelled all orders for 63S, saying no more V8s for 2022.
So I turned around and decided to go for a full Luxury GLE450 instead. MB first accepted my order but then cancelled quite a few options as it moved to production.
OMISSION of : Massage seats, acoustic glass, E-Active Body Control suspension, Dash Cam, Augmented reality, 21'' Multi Spoke wheels, Wireless phone charging, Front passenger seat memory, headrest and tight cushion electric adjustability, Front climate control cup holders, air balance,
I was really frustrated at MB for all these 'OMISSIONS' but did not want to cancel the order as I did not want to wait any longer and It still had the outside and inside colors that I wanted, and the main options such as Airmatic suspension and the 3D surround High end sound system.
I just ordered some classy 21'' multi spokes wheels AGV25 with Pirelli PZ4 summer tires and will use the 20'' AMG for the winter set. Will also do a full 2 tone 'Maybach style' wrap and get the Renntech suspension lowering module.
Pics dont show the full Mojave color, as it has more of a golden champagne look in reality.

Ah, I missed that you're in Canada. In the US, the High end audio and E-ABC were only available for the 2020 model year, and for that model year the HUD was only orderable in combination with the gesture control, which made the high end audio unavailable. However, I number of early production GLEs were built before interior assist was available and some had the high end audio. I'm jealous you can still get (some of) that stuff in Canada! I wish I could order the e-abc.
