I am trying to find the correct seat cover for the driver side. Would heated seats be considered vented or not vented? My cover has started to tear and would like to replace it.
that should be covered under warranty since the car is less than 4 years old. Go to your dealer and ask them to replace it for you for free. Also learn not to drag your bum-bum when you are going in and out of the vehicle. if you have the side steps use em to support yourself when getting in and out of the vehicle.

These posts are highly alarming. I have a GL with a beige Artico interior (MBTex) and over the past 15 years all it's done is get polished to a sheen in places. My cars get used hard, and I'm not a small guy, either.

Lol I wish I could but unfortunately my driveway is crazy small and have no choice. See picture for reference. I barely could open my door
oh damn that is tight. Do you have clear edge guards on your doors? One wrong push on those doors and your paint will go bye-bye.
So I got the side protection strips on the edge of the door and there is a small cushion on the pole so luckily the paint does not come into contact with my fence. With the 360 camera backing up is a piece a cake.
This is 100% covered by warranty. Next Friday, They are replacing both driver and passenger bottom seat cushions on my 2020 for the exact same issue.
Nice. If you don't mind, can you send over a redacted summary of your invoice that explains the replacement. The dealership by me is not as trustworthy and would like to show them that other dealerships are replacing it.
I have a 2021 that i cannot get the denim "dye" color off the very light color seat. May replace my lower as well, however they all are on back order with no eta.

no problem.. they took 10 weeks to get. So, yes, on back order like everything these days.

Thanks much appreciated. I like how items that are covered under warranty is always on back order. Ironically, you can actually order the seat cover from the mbparts.

Took mine in last week due to driver side rear net showing a wire but was denied due to it being “broken” by someone. I don’t know how they would know that. Also have the tear on driver seat and they claimed this was regular “wear and tear” and if I wanted it replaced I would need to pay around 400-500 USD. Does anyone have their invoice of it being replaced under warranty? My GLE has 49k miles and I’m almost out of the 50k warranty.
