Thanks. That's right, it's on the vehicle on the right display screen. Brand new car, first time using it. Opened Mercedes Me on the right display and I just get this error. Car shows the 4g signal so I think it's connected. What would you suggest trying next?

Do you have an account setup yet? The dealer usually starts the process at the time of sale and this might take a few days to go live. If live, does the app work normally?

I have an account in the iPhone app, I'm not sure if that's what you mean. Car was sold about 2 weeks ago and I got it a few days ago.
Steps I took when I tried to set it up today:
Downloaded the Mercedes Me iPhone app
Signed up for an account in the iPhone app
Selected 'add vehicle' in the Iphone app
'Pair using QR code' in the iPhone app
It tells me to open the Mercedes Me app on the vehicle
Tried that, got the "Cannot currently load content" error on the vehicle
What do you think it might be?

Sounds like the Mercedes Me app on the vehicle won't open until the dealer activates it, is that right?
I'm confused though because this article implies that you can self register without the dealer setting it up: https://support.airstream.com/hc/en-...ration-Process
Looking at it now online though I'm seeing that it's something I need to purchase, I think? Looking at how to purchase it now...

There is nothing for you to purchase. Your dealer has to activate it. Best thing is to call them up and have them set it up. I am surprised that dealer did not do it the day you picked up the car.

Good to know, thanks. I'll try calling Mercedes Me support inside the vehicle and see if they can activate it, and if not I'll contact the dealer and see if they can activate it remotely.

This has now been solved. Took about 10 minutes on the phone with Mercedes Me support. Note for anyone else, they were only able to solve it when I called using Mercedes Me in the car phone, not when I called from my cell phone.
For anyone else with the same issue reading this in the future, things to try may include:

In the app, click on the 3 bars at the top left, click your profile, add your address, add your phone number, and do your identity verification

Does this mean that your Dealer initiated your car correctly?
What do you mean by Car Phone? Doe you need a cellular subscription?

Not sure regarding the dealer, I didn't talk to them about it.
Car phone I mean the Mercedes Me phone call button on the front interior ceiling of the car. I hit that button, then said mercedes me support, then the car dialed using it's cellular connection. This way the support reps could verify that the call was coming from the vehicle.

Hmmm.... Sadly I had a break in back in March, and when I finally got my GLE back from the MB repair shop Mercedes Me stopped updating. So the data in my app is stuck from the early June timeframe.... Still get some things working, location, doors unlocked, but can't actually do anything with the vehicle. Sigh.
EDIT: Oh, learned from this experience that thieves now are using Radio Frequency detectors to identify vehicles that have electronics in them. Doesn't natter how cleverly you have hidden your device, if it is not completely powered off (how many of us turn our computers off any more, rather than suspending them?) they can tell something is in your car. Take your stuff with you, don't ever leave it in the car.
