2020 Huracan EVO AWD - 2022 GLE 63 S Coupe - 2023 C63 S Coupe -
A few pages back we were talking about this. The current guess is that since Augmented Reality is standard, the 3D Burmester option will be gone because they were mutually exclusive (AR takes up the space that one of the 3D Burmester speakers would go in the ceiling).
Right now between X6M and GLE 63s, the sound system is actually the dealbreaker for me.

The Wave Your Hand thingy excludes the 3D, though.
Sound is a big thing for me, too.

This is correct. I have AR (which is pretty cool if I’m not using Waze) but not stupid hand wavy thing. I had that in X6 and it was annoying and dumb. AR uses camera in rear view assembly. I want the dash cam function but it’s not possible in my 63 prob because they didn’t build in storage. Gotta be a way to hack that!

the 25 speaker system is amazing. I’m upset it may not be on facelift. They’ll say atmos is the same and it won’t be but ok. I’ll keep an open mind.

Here is some package/ordering information in Germany: https://mbpassion.de/2023/02/gle-mod...-preise-infos/
Is that a good indication that the US models will have it too or do options differ from country to country?
EDIT: Nevermind, thats just the standard Burmester: https://www.burmester.de/en/Automotive/GLE/

Also, the new '23 GLC utilizes the 48V mild hybrid
There will be a much larger sample size out on the roads this year.

Don't forget the W206 C300 also utilizes the same 48V mild hybrid as the upcoming GLE 350. I haven't really been lurking in that forum but that might be another place to see what sort of issues owners are facing.

I started seeing these popping up here and there. How do you feel about it? At some point I was considering getting 450 despite of 48V concern because I feel 350 is rather slow. It's not my DD so it's not big deal but sometimes we take hers on long drives. I waited for the refresh to decide. But now that I see them on streets I'm not sure if I want it anymore. The new front light gives me the GLC look. Anyone else feels the same way?

I actually own the 2024 gle350 with pinnacle package and I love the car so far. The stop and go is definitely better than the 2021 gle models. I do agree with the headlights and was lucky to find a pinnacle with 3rd row seat and 95% of what I wanted on the car. I do have extra like the heated rear seats and the 4 zone temperature and soft closing doors. The only thing it didn’t have was the driver assistance package that I would like but it’s not something that would have been a deal breaker for me. All and all, I really like the car.
- Driver Assistance Package Plus
- Augmented Video for Navigation (includes dash-cam native)
