the comfort setting leads to a seat and light menu
you can run simple massage program by pressing play at the seat icon, but there is no massage menu for choosing "style"
what I am missing?

Sounds like you don't have massage seats. The standard seats can be programmed to move slightly to reduce fatigue on long trips.

If you have the Multicontour seats with massage, you'll have the comfort screen where you can choose the different massage programs and also adjust the seat wings and lumbar. Are you sure you have the multi contour seats?
Thank you for both replies! From those responses, it appears we have kinetic seats and not massage seats.
We have just about everything sorted out tech-wise now. I got my wife's hand me down ML550, and the GLE580 performance does not disappoint! installed new headlights after GLE purchase.
