Yea, I saw a GLE63 with the red interior at the dealership and hated it. I ordered my 63 with the diamond stitched black leather instead.
On the other hand, both X5Ms I've sat in had the red leather interior and I loved it. The pattern on the seat was nicer, and there was more red all around (like the lower half of the dashboard) so it felt more "complete".
Will order my X6M with red interior if I ultimately go that route.

That's more options than the previous base GLE and IMO, Bahia looks MUCH better in person than Espresso Brown. Catalana will likely be a very popular option as well. Not as "old lady" as Macchiato but still offering a lighter interior than black and the Bahia Brown.

The upholstery looks just plain and there is a very limited selection on higher end interior options. I don't see any non-black exclusive Nappa or diamond/similar stitched seats. BMW does a better job here...

Mercedes lags in the color department, but there are still a few nice choices.

My early GLE 53 Red/Black turned out to be Orange/Black with numerous defects in stitching and assembly. The Dealer could not get any replacements because of shortages…I was offered $1000 compensation. One reason I got rid of the “53”. The few others I’ve seen are more redish but not really red like you can get on much cheaper cars from other brands. Beautiful red exterior…open the door to Orange seats👎🤮

@Ron.s I think changing cars was a better solution than an Orange Wrap to match the seats.

I think MB did a great job diversifying the interior colors for facelift. I felt was always lacking pre-fl. Also I hate that textured leather, but that's subjective.

So it looks like the GLE 400e has been renamed to the 450e... I thought it was a typo when I saw it here:

I wonder when we'll get actual pricing information for 2024 models.

2024 Mercedes Benz GLE350 4MATIC
I was able to finally get a build date on a car. Been waiting for awhile but kept waiting for awhile now. Decided to get a GLE 350. Car is being build May 25th and delivery date is end of June / Beginning of July. I got the executive trim. Sucked that the headlights in grouped together in the pinnacle trim. Didn't care for the other stuff in the Pinnacle besides heads up but it wasn't worth 5600.

It would be interested in knowing if GLE's with the NTG6 and screen will be able to swap the the CPU to the NTG7... It seems like all other peripherals remain the same..

That is great news. I was looking to order a 2024 GLE 450, then my wife sat in a GLE 53 SUV and she loved it.
DIdn't even know they made a GLE 53 in an SUV only saw the coupe style.

Bahhh. More software processing tossed at the same hardware wont help much, I'm not a huge believer in any of that.
At this point unless one of the dealerships I've been working with calls and offers a discount instead of a markup, I'll be moving on with a X6MC instead.
