I was wondering why ours doesn’t play videos. I looked it up and noticed that ours does not the screen icon between pause and setting wheel. Is it an option or I need to change setting somewhere? Thanks.
Depending on where you are located, your country might have regulations restricting that feature. For example, the multibeam headlights that are part of the lightning package are dumbed down in the States compared to other countries where they have the full functionality (turning off a select few LEDs to keep the high beams on and not bling the oncoming cars) because the States have regulations that do not allow that.
I'm guessing I have the cheaper one (548) because the driver's display does not show the full screen navigation since I did not get the AR package on mine.
How do I know which one I have? Mine is 2022 model. Thanks.
Best way to know for sure is with the build sheet you might have or the dealer would. The VIN decoder sites will have it as well, if you can get your VIN to work on them (some of the new ones don't seem to).
If you have Augmented Reality or Dashcam feature, you almost certainly have the 549 version that should play video.
If you have don't have those, you very likely have the 548 version that won't play video.
As makriss0000 noted, getting the NAV to display full screen on the driver's side is an indicator of this as well. Might be the easiest way to check.

What type of video are you trying to play and how? Web browser/youtube or a video off your phone library through carplay? My build has AR and also shows: 549 MBUX High.
