group, any one have link to get navigation update files and steps to update?

Your NAV will update your selected Home Region automatically.
Updates are free for several years, so no cost for a while.

Go to me.mercedes to change your Home Region, or follow the instructions to download the entire continent to a USB C drive and insert into your car for update.
I find downloading to a Drive to be hit or miss. So I go to the site, change my home region and it downloads that section while driving - usually 3 - 7 days.

If you still have 2019 maps, maybe you have an automatic download setting wrong.

Or you might be looking at a different "2019" piece of software, like a communication module.

so is a pay service, not something that is free for future ,,, not like on your phone the gps is always up today by google.

@mikapen , My data card shows I get free updates for 3 years. However, I was forced to pay for updates, last Jan on my 1-year anniversary. Dealer say MB changed their policy. Are we talking about the same thing, or did I waste $$ on something I didn't need?

we are talking about the same thing,, i was in service for some recall and ask about nav update, the service lady stated it going to charge $700 ???

Here's mine, if you can read it. Everything free for 3 years after delivery date.

I guess they changed it after MY21. I have a '22 and it looked like that last year, then I had to renew almost everything 2 months ago, and they all expire in 2024.

1. MB Navigation, which uses the maps, is a one-time activatable feature in the Mercedes me Store for $550 if the vehicle did not get it at the factory.
2. Map updates are a separate service. Before model year 2022, there was a 3-year trial period. Now there is a 1-year trial period.

That's too bad they feel the need to nickel and dime us after year 1.
