Your NAV will update your selected Home Region automatically.
Updates are free for several years, so no cost for a while.
Go to me.mercedes to change your Home Region, or follow the instructions to download the entire continent to a USB C drive and insert into your car for update.
I find downloading to a Drive to be hit or miss. So I go to the site, change my home region and it downloads that section while driving - usually 3 - 7 days.
If you still have 2019 maps, maybe you have an automatic download setting wrong.
Or you might be looking at a different "2019" piece of software, like a communication module.
@mikapen , My data card shows I get free updates for 3 years. However, I was forced to pay for updates, last Jan on my 1-year anniversary. Dealer say MB changed their policy. Are we talking about the same thing, or did I waste $$ on something I didn't need?

we are talking about the same thing,, i was in service for some recall and ask about nav update, the service lady stated it going to charge $700 ???
I guess they changed it after MY21. I have a '22 and it looked like that last year, then I had to renew almost everything 2 months ago, and they all expire in 2024.
