Which wheel do you like better?

Would twin 5-spoke wheels have a little higher possibility to be bent than the 10 spoke ones?

I like the 30R twin 5-Spoke's much better. But then again I really don't like the 60Rs.
I can't really comment on the durability, but I am guessing the thickness of the 30R's spokes would make them a bit more durable. But that is just a guess.

Personally, I am more of a traditionalist so of all the choices (at least for the 2023 model) I like the twin spoke AMGs best (vehicle color may affect my decision though):

Not sure if they are available on the 2024 models though.

Impossible to know which is stronger - probably comparable. I don't really care for style of either. I'm with ddeliber; the RZV AMG 20s are the best, but of course require the AMG Exterior Line package, which is a big upgrade, IMO. I believe some of the AMG wheels may be forged as well, making them stronger/lighter.

The only wheels for the GLE that are forged are the 22” Cross spokes for the 63 models (R01). Everything else ist cast aluminum. In terms of strength, all of them will be the same. After all, the weakness of all wheels are the barrels/lips…

The ones I like the best are the 21” five spoke wheels for the 24 model (RYA)

Agree on your favorite; wish that had been an option on the '20. What I do know that was surprising to me is my RWA 21" multi (14) spokes are lighter than the 20" twin 5-spokes from my W166. That's why I thought maybe they were forged.

Weights with tires:
RWA front 21x10, 275/45 - 68.2#
RWA rear 21x11, 315/40 - 75.0#
W166 twin 5-spoke f&r 20x9, 275/50 - 76.5#

I think this is likely due to improvements in casting tech over the years. The benefit of forged wheels is strength and also weight although MB and BMW forged wheels are still way too heavy compared to aftermarket companies. For example, the HRE forged wheel (like the P101SC's) in 21" are 22-23.5 lbs (depending on width). Now that's a difference...

That was a given. Adds roughly 28–30lbs to the wheel

An important consideration.
Something I check with every wheel I look at, since owning a traditional BBS honeycomb.🙁
