Fair is subjective. The dealer I purchased my GLE from wants roughly 650. I drive about an hour to a smaller dealer that is about 150 less. Shop around if you can or find an independent shop.

Thanks for your reply. At $435 are you also talking about not having the 2 cabin filters replaced by the dealer? If so, did you replace them yourself? Perhaps in your area dealers are more realistic with their prices, for a full B service I was quoted $725- $1300+. When asked how can $1300+ be justified for the work being performed, the reply was because of the big star on the front grill. Thanks again.

You have to know what the dealer is providing in the B service. My dealer charges a significantly higher fee for the B service as opposed to the A service but it does not include the brake fluid change and only the labor to change the cabin air filter and windshield wipers...parts are extra. I have never had a B service done and the car runs fine.

2 months ago. Fletcher Jones Newport Beach CA. Service B paid $600 change 2 cabin filters, brake fluid, oil change and kicked the tires to see if there’s enough air inside🤷🏻♂️

Just had my Service A on 2021 GLE 450 and was $1319.00 including the 13% tax Canadian funds. Be close to $1000.00 US funds. Included Brake fluid change, cabin filters, oil change/filter and a bunch of checking this and that!

Are you off schedule? Usually brake fluid and cabin filters are done every 2 years at the B service.

Had the B service and the cost was $412 including tax for oil change , brake service and reset of the service reminder. Was in and out in under 2 hours. I thought I was getting a fair deal compared to some other quotes. If you speak with someone who owns a Honda or the like, they feel that I paid over $200 too much. Love the car hate the cost to maintain.
