tire roation and tire replacement can only be done in the dealership?
Is costco able to remove the tires?
Tire rotation can be done by any human currently living on the planet, if they have the right tools, facility and know-how. This is not a dealer-exclusive job.
But really, I'd suggest Discount Tire if you have one nearby. They do it all day, everyday and I personally would not go anywhere else, especially the stealer
GL to ya!
It was also recommended to put one in with your spare tire (if you have one) along with an 18" breaker bar. The spare comes with a hex wrench and hex bolts but I don't want to risk stripping my flower bolts when removing the OEM wheels.

I did this because the regular socket stripped many a flower head bolt.

Also, you don't say what wheels you have, but unless it's the 19s you cannot simply switch front to rear because the offsets are different. Mercedes make some questionable choices sometimes!
Also, as mentioned above, my rear offset is different from the front.... why Mercedes.... why.
Similar to the older BMW X5 that had different hub bore diameters front and rear... seriously.

My F150 has a similar issue. Regular hex style and is a cover... and they deform as well. I think the impact is the culprit to the damage.
I stopped using it to break loose and tighten... only to spin off faster.

do you mean for 19 inch wheels, the front and rear are different?

(Unfortunately, left with 55psi left, 32 right. Lost my valve caps and cross threaded the generic ones. Mostly trainees. Refunded my $80. Nobody wants to work these days.)
