I want to buy a socket for the wheel lock.
what should be the exact size of hexagon socket ? 2023 GLE 20 inch wheel.
I used my bi hexagon sockets and found multiple sizes can fit it but I would like to find the exact size of hexagon.

I bought the 17mm socket. I have no experiences with it.
According to your experience, which one is better when really need it on road? ( deep socket? or regular size?)

The former, also you need something that has a thin wall, you don't want to scratch the rims. If you already bought it and can't return it, putting some good tape on it will also help but check after every use as your tape wears off and exposes the socket wall again.
