My truck doesn’t come with DC fast charger, is that possible to install it by adding option 60kW DC fast charging at dealer?

I'm trying to figure out what you are saying/asking.
The cheapest DC fast-charging units cost about $18k USD and would cost a lot on top of that to install because you need to bring in a lot of current.

Oh, it's actually a hardware option in Canada? I though they were programmatically disabling it, unless you pay $650. That's not super cool, yeah.

There is hardware involved for the car. The DC charging system is separate from the AC to DC system. I don't think its a big deal. It's not a big battery and you will do most of your charging at home.

I just got my GLE450e. It came with a Webasto charger instead of an MB one. Have I been duped?

No. Depending on country the Webasto is delivered as standard equipment. It is a quality unit that can be used with either 120 or 240 v service in the US. Because of its design it is well suited for portable use. Ford and others also consider it OEM and deliver it with their EV vehicles (with a Ford oval label attached.) Mine works fine but I chose to also install a 40 amp permanently mounted wall mounted charger in my garage.
