Lowering Vehicle for Entry
However, it seems you have to select "lower" each and every time you drive the car. At least on the 2024's, there doesn't appear to be a way to select it once and have it stay in "memory."

I always use the lowering function for that, and I found that if I put the car in lowering mode while car is moving (close to destination, turn on lowering), and park only after the car is completely lowered, then most of the time it will stay at the lowered position when I come back to the car.
But if I lower the car after parked, or enter park while lowering, most of the time, the car will be at the normal height when I come back.
Wasn't sure the behavior for the sport/sport+ mode.

My Sport goes down one notch, and Sport+ doesn't drop further.

I might be confusing my earlier 450 but at highway speed in C mode one or both lowered about the same amount! The amount it lowered and at what speed are listed in the Owners Manual. For an approximate, try measuring the drop near the center of the vehicle.
“If the entry / exit level function is activated, the vehicle is set to the Sport + level to facilitate entering/ exiting the vehicle.”
so this “easy entry / exit function” not only moves seat and steering wheel but lowers car as well!

I was talking about my 21 which does have two separate functions, as you see from the attached pics.
Probably won't be the last time compare my Pre-facelift car to Post-facelift.
"Lower when getting in" has always been a source of confusion for me anyway. Either it's inconsistent, or I am. Sometimes it lowers on getting out and raises for getting in, and sometimes it stays lowered.
An earlier post about opening the door's interrupting the lowering cycle might be my my error.
