2025 GLE 350 Discount off MSRP
The discount off MSRP by itself doesn't matter much, as the price of the car is just one line item the dealers make money off. You can get a high discount off MSRP but get taken advantage of on your financing, lease, or numerous add-ons. There are also regional deviations dictated by demand for that particular vehicle. To normalize it a bit, let's say you pay cash (no dealer financing, not a lease) and decline all add-ons (dealer-installed stuff, extra warranties, etc.), then your dealer is left with only the price of the car and potential invoice adjustments by the manufacturers. In this case, your MSRP discount will be minimal, typically 0-4% for the next year's customized base/mid-tier allocation. On 350s, you can probably get more by buying off the lot and even more if you go with the 2024 model, which is essentially the same vehicle.
Your mileage may vary, but I believe the above illustrates the general framework. Don't forget to check AMEX/Sam's Club incentives, as these are in addition to the price negotiated with your dealer.
