Hmm.. The service center I visited today was very kindness and we even took a test drive together for the first time.
The problem was that the drive quality were all fine during the test drive. I explained that the condition was up and down.

Since they said there is currently no error code, They say that repairs are currently not possible.
so they asked me to collect videos, etc. if a problem occurs.

I called the service center and asked about the error code, but they only replied that it was a past record and seemed to be an error code and maybe the regarding air conditioning compressor.

HEIGHT_UP_NOISE.mp3

hi.
When I lift my vehicle to +1 and -1 ((It makes a loud noise when it up)) , I hear a loud clinking noise. Is this normal? Sometimes I hear the sound, sometimes I don't.
it comes from rear.

Only if you want to be efficient and improve your odds of success.

I always provide written summaries, but if the technician doesn't know / feel / identify the issue, verifying a repair is virtually impossible. You'd be expecting them to release the car back to you to verify.
My preference would be that the Technician do the verification before sending me home.

On elusive problems, I've approved the Service Manager and tech to take the car home to make sure they've found and fixed the problem. A log of previous events can only go so far.

thanks for interesting. I plan to slowly monitor the situation while communicating with the service center I went to today if anything goes wrong.

They said they sincerely wanted to help and I intend to trust them.
