Ceramic Brake Pads for 21 GLE63s

We all know it's almost impossible to keep our wheels clean from factory semi-metallic brake pads in Red Calipers.
So I've been on the hunt to get an aftermarket Ceramic Pads from PowerStop, Brembo, Dynamic Friction and all other brands, but only found one for brakeperformance.com which still gets pretty dusty.
Has anyone found a legit ceramic pads with significantly less brake dust?

The following was under bedding in on their site:
If you have had another manufacturer’s brake pads on those same rotors; then you will ABSOLUTELY have to replace or resurface (turn) those rotors before installing Carbotech brake pads.

I actually think highly of them for mentioning this.

The reason to use Carbotechs over the PowerStops are generally:
1 - If PowerStop does not have the pads for the vehicle (which seems to be the case for the OP)
2 - If tracking the vehicle, as the Carbotechs are compatible with their racing pads and you can swap back and forth without turning or swapping rotors (probably not applicable to GLEs).
Wouldn't read too much into that review as anyone going from OEM Z51 brakes to any low dust pad is going to lose some braking ability. That car has brake boost by wire anyway, so most of the feel is artificial.
