What did you end up getting it at? The MSRP on the one I'm trying to buy right now is $72,430. And who did you get the best price from? (I'm in Greenville SC) If you don't mind me asking all that.

I picked up mine for 59,9XX with 10 miles on the car. It doesn't have the chrome package though so I think the msrp is around mid 71k or low 72k, hope this helps on your negotiation.

Wow! At that price it would be even cheaper for me to buy it, I'm assuming somewhere in CA, and ship it to SC. That's an impressive discount. May I ask which dealership?

davezaristo, was your car a GLE 350 or 400 ? At $59XXX is a normal 350 price, if is a 400 I would run to that dealer to get one. So which GLE is it. Thanks

Maybe they are including the current $2000 fleet discount?

I'm using the fleet/employee discount and on a $72,430 car it has taken me negotiating with 3 dealers, 3 days, and I'm just nder $68,000. And I've bought 4 MBs from one of the dealers!

I don't have the fleet/employee discount otherwise it would have been even lower. The options i got are pretty basic for a 400 since it already comes with alot as standard but I do have the LED headlights, panoroof, towing hitch (totally useless for me). The ambience light got deducted as I mentioned in my other post so I technically saved $250..woohoo...Anyhow, I just kept negotiating but one thing I did do was I connected the dealership with 3 other friends who all bought a car and this is my 4th mercedes from the same dealership so that may have helped.
