Vibrations in Idle
I have recently started to notice really intense vibrations while the car is in idle. It's usually with the AC on but sometimes when the AC is not on as well.
I recently took the car in for it's 20k service B and let the service manager know. He first asked where I normally get my gas from and I said Costco but have recently switched to Chevron. He mentioned it might be from the carbon build up from the costco gas as it's not really recommended...
They did end up keeping the car overnight since the tech also noticed the vibrations in idle. The next day he said they didn't detect anything wrong with the engine and it had 0 misfires and that the car was fine.
The vibration isn't too bad but kinda annoying when you're idling for a long time especially now when it's super hot and the AC on. Have any of you guys noticed this?? Any advice???

I fill up with Costco gas as much as possible. I'm at almost 26k miles and there is no vibration. (Unless I try to use the brakes and then the car feels like it's going to vibrate the dash off)

Depending on the engine, grade of fuel is important, carbon build up can occur with direct injection motors.
The list of possibilities is long, but I would keep after MB to resolve.

Which motor do you have? If this is emanating from your engine, your engine shouldn't vibrate, especially if this is something that started more recently - i.e. something that has change from past characteristics of your engine.

I'll try an injection flush they recommended and see if it continues.
Just weird no no one else is noticing. My first MB and I'm not feeling too good about it. I originally wanted the Macan but at the time the base started at 60k and since then have dropped to 47???!!!

2016 GLE350 4matic. The whole car vibrates so I'm really not sure where it's emulating from. It might be the carbon build up cause I also notice it for a sec when I sometimes step on the gas. Also starting to notice a really short rattle when I break. I might just be going crazy.
