1st Oil change done on my 1000 miles GLE, so far so good!
Hell everyone, just wanted to share that this past weekend I've successfully done my 1st oil change. I'm so glad I did it. Very easy and no mess process. I used the 7201 Plus Mityak extractor plus tons of youtube learning. This is definitely worth it.
The hardest part, oh well, is resetting the light, but I finally figured out you gotta switch to "1" and follow the instruction. How easy it is. But guess what, I am confident about my baby and how wonderful feels that I could take care and use the best oil, best filter and most importantly the learning process.

Hi guys! Great thread, though a little bit confusing. Did you do it by your own wish or it was a mandatory change based on some criteria that are specific for USA? I have my EU model 350d and there is nothing written about 1000 miles oil change. Thanks!

Not sure how GLE is build for cabin and dust filters but I have ML and changing dust and cabin filters are very easy from outside.
Takes about 5-10 minutes.
