GLE 63S maintenance questions; Trans? Diffs?
Hey all,

Wondering if anyone has info as to when transmission fluid, differential fluids are suppose to be changed?

I did try searching, could not find anything specific to the 63 engine/trans (the maintenance schedules are different)

Only MBs - the best or nothing
For '15 ML63 (same engine/transmission as '18 GLE63), interval for transmission fluid change is 3Yr/30K miles. Have done mine at 4.5Yr, had only 13K miles at the time. Now I know there was no need to do it at such low mileage.
There is no provision to change differential fluid at all. When I asked the dealer, the reply was "MB says it is not required", but they would do it if customer requests.

When you find the document (posted on this site multiple times) you will see AMG specific maintenance tasks and intervals. It contains the information you seek.

You should have gotten a maintenance schedule with your vehicle but if it's missing you can download one from https://www.mbusa.com/mercedesme/index. All you have to do is sign in and links to your manuals will be available in the upper menu area as well as in the lower right part of the page.
