I always buy tires from Costco.
The first one is available, the second one is out of stock.
The second one is said to be the OEM of MB. My original tire is Continental.
Michelin - Defender LTX M/S

Defender LTX is more Eco friendly all Seasons. Excellent in wet and snow traction. Mileage Warranty from Michelin is 70k miles. UTQG: 720AA
Primacy Tour is more Grand Touring all-season tires, quiet ride with Premium handling. Mileage Warranty from Michelin is 55k miles. UTQG: 540AA
UTQG: Uniform Tire Quality Grade Standards
I go with the Defender after comparing these two tires from Michelin website and Tirerack.com rating
I was looking at Costco but I'm very limited on my tire size (265/45/ZR20 with load index 108Y). I'm a huge fan of Michelin but I'm getting mine from the dealer because they have the tires I been looking for the Michelin Pilot Sport A/3 3 Plus.
EDIT on 4/29/2022
Tirerack now have the Pilot Sport All Season 4 in stock. Going to order these over the A/3 3 plus.

FWIW, I bought the Primacy Tour A/S for my 19s off of Tire Rack, fully expecting I was about to make my SUV ride like a cloud compared to the stock Conti LX25s. To my surprise, the moment I pulled out of the dealership I could tell I had made a huge mistake. Where I live in Charleston, SC the road surface is like driving on a pebbled rice crispy treat that wears away into huge pothole, and even worse all of the expressway bridges have like 6" wide expansion joints, all of these surface imperfactions are 100% hearable and feelable with the "premium" Michelin tires. Yes I let about 10lbs of air out of the tires after the dealer inflated them to the stupid max weight number, but they still ride like harsh crap to me. Especially when you consider my Contis didn't cost me a thing, and they rode both smooth, true and soft - I was incredibly upset at myself for spending $1200 to "upgrade!" If it were up to me, I'd by Conti's again. Especially considering how this Primacy Tour A/S tires slip and slide on any standing water too. I would not buy them again, period. In fact, I already had replaced my wife's Passat tires (think they were Khumos) with some similar top-of-the-price point Michelin premium tire and had the same experience a few years ago. I thought it was just a rare fluke mistake. I will not buy another Michelin tire.
Do what you want, especially if you have the air ride suspension (that may give you a lot of forgiveness in real world use). But if you have regular old Bilstein shocks on your GLE, I strongly suggest you get any other soft tire.
This is the experience I am having every day now, while waiting on the 15,000 reported miles to wear these crappy tires down enough to buy new(er) ones.
Hope that is helpful,
Joel
