Wiper highway robbery
My windshield wipers were not wiping properly after 2 years of abuse now I head to the stealer to get new ones and I can't believe how much they want for the freaking magic vision wipers....$190+tax CAD. FCP has them at $146 US so with shipping it will cost more. My sister who had a mazda cx90 that has a rip-off version of the tech seems to be almost the same but no need to pay that much as you can just replace the insert. Love these german engineers dah!!! I have not looked if there is a way to just replace the inserts on the magic vision wipers or no choice but to pay Mr. Daimler. Anyone tried to Mcgyver their magic vision wiper blades?

It's really annoying -- dozens of incompatible wiper blade attachment mechanisms that all serve the same purpose, and big clunky adapter knuckles used to convert one style to another. Which style wiper do you have? Attach a photo if you can.

FCP Euro for the win. Pay once, get your money back with each successive new set (minus shipping, of course).
Where are you finding a set for $150??? OEM Mercedes branded wipes set me back about $60ish IIRC when I got the first set of 3 a couple years ago from FCP. No streaks, fresh blades each year without issues.

you buy first set.
Then when you need second set you have to buy those
Then return old ones for store credit
Which you can then use to buy your third set, and then they become free..
So you end up buying 2 sets and they give you credit towards buying your 3rd set. may cover it or price may go up.
So not like it used to be when you got the money back after returning first set.
