Mercedes Me App
The falling out on non-delivery of continued advancing features which was one major reason Mercedes moved forward to ATT/MercedesMeConnect (MMC).

Congrats to everyone thats picked up cars. Do any of you know how to change the units in the MercedesMe app? For ex. Miles to Km?

1. You said your location is set to "Canada". I'm assuming you mean on the website. Log out of the MM website.
2. Clear your browser's cache. If you don't know how to do this, close your browser and reboot your computer.
3. Log back into the website.
4. Log out of the app on your phone.
5. Reboot your phone.
6. Log back into your phone's app.
If that doesn't work, uninstall the app. Reboot your phone. Then, do a clean install of the app and log in.

I tried all of those things. The website does in fact show everything in km. Its only the phone app itself that is in miles. I did all that you mentioned but always ends up the same. Perhaps the app is not yet set up for it and needs to be updates?




Just got it figured out. Its a PHONE setting issue.
You have to go into Settings > General > Language & Region > Region - and here make sure you have to correct region (Canada for me).
Then go back into the app and all should be in the units desired.

Of course, you could update. Just be sure to give them a temporary CC number.
The new Activity Feed, accessible in the main menu, lets you view a rundown of your latest activity in the app.
Now today, when i get logged into the app its saying both my accounts have no active subscriptions to mbrace and I need to call and activate. Both of my vehicles should still be under the original 5 year no cost option. Is anyone else getting this?

My one big gripe with the app is that it literally takes it 30-60 to LOAD, and I have a smoking fast phone, so it's not my phone's issue. That is the one thing that needs to get resolved with the app as well, but they didn't indicate whether that was something that they were working on. Just the fact that the service wasn't available...
