OE Tuning offers OBD2 flashing with MyGenius for all MED17 MB ECUs that previously had to have the ECU removed and sent in for tuning.

4x Map Pack including:
- Tuned Premium Pump-Gas Tune (CA91, 93 & 98RON), Please specify modifications and octane used when ordering.
- 100 Octane RACE Gas Tune
- Factory Stock Tune
- Valet Tune (20km/h speed limited)
- OBD2 re-flashes are free, Bench Flash/ECU send in re-flashes are $100
(If tune is ever erased, we supply new updated files based on initial purchase)
- Retunes are $100-$200 depending on modifications.
OBD2 flash loaders allow you to switch between different map settings at your convenience, even remove the tune and return to the factory stock map before dealer servicing, without removing the ECU.
OBD2 flash loaders are in stock and overnight shipping is available for next day delivery.
If you previously purchased a bench flash/ECU send in type tune or had an OBD2 local install, purchase of an OBD2 flash loader at a later date is no problem.

can the dealer detect this type of tune ? when you put it back to stock... every time i go in they ask and tell me if they detect it they will kill warranty... something about making status 8 or 9 or something...

Thank you Nanook, this what I need to know... for me being under warranty it's not worth the risk. This 2016 GLE63s is much smoother then my previous 2012 ML63... it's really not needed from that perspective..

I had a 2013 ML63 and tuned it with Renntech,...never had an issue...a warranty is like insurance...you only need it if/when something happens. My new GLEs AMG63 has about as much power as my tuned ML had...so it's plenty adequate but as more is available of course we want it...I may tune this vehicle too...time will tell..

Well for me I followed that route too...trade in... but the repairs were not yet happening but costs would soon be happening...brakes, plugs, complete fluids but mostly because the right vehicle came along..color/option and very slightly used so depreciated

I had just done brakes/rotors and continental's... then the radiator let go and the AC took a tosser in the same week.. had to leave on a long trip that saturday morning so didn't get to do much shopping... simply walked thru the lot and found the gle with 10k miles in mint shape... had been there for a month and half so got a good deal... not sold on the coupe but it is serving its purpose very well... drives great and zero issues on our 1500 mile trip... warranty is done in 3 years so will probably get another amg of some sort then
