My build has the same two standard accessories. My car is at the dealer, and I'm waiting for the registration.
This explanation is from an EQ vehicle and shows as optional, but appears as standard in the GLE53 build.

I am trying to find where it calls out that the vehicle has 4MATIC. I don't see it on my build sheet, nor on yours. Any idea?
- Airmatic: air springs (wrongly frequently called "struts", sometimes called "airbags" or "bags")
- ADS: adjustable shock absorbers ("dampers")
- AMG Active Ride Control: 48V active stabilizer bar which uses a standard stabilizer bar cut into two pieces, with a 48V electric motor + planetary gears between the two halves. Common now on highest level MB, BMW and Porsche models.
Strictly speaking, AMG Active Ride Control relates to the 48V active stabilizer bar:
