2024 AMG GLE 53
I'll go against the grain here. I hate the sound of my '25 GLE 53. I wish it were quieter - Especially the quiet/normal mode. It is not a real pleasing tone to me. Yeah, I should have bought a 63s. My '24 392 Jeep sounds awesome with factory exhaust. It is quiet in quiet mode and not annoying. I keep it in Loud mode, and it sounds just right. Sure, the GLE 53 has an inline 6 with twin turbos and not a NA V8, but I want a more pleasant tone, not more decibels.

The pops and burbles are cool. It's really just the tone of the engine that is not appealing to me.
Mine has the acoustic comfort pkg and I am not a big fan of the noise inside the cabin in comfort mode. If it were a more pleasing tone, that might be different. Seriously, between the 392 Jeep and 2 Harleys, I'm used to fast & loud with good tones. If I put the GLE 53 into Sport or Sport+, I'm too busy enjoying the drive and not concerned about the sound. But I drive in comfort mode probably about 97% of the time. Maybe I'm just turning into a crotchety, old fart.

Have no idea why I posted that. Duh!!!! I knew that it had an electric supercharger and a turbo. Anyway, it is the tone that I dislike. Prefer a more bass tone. Should have just got the 63S, but prefer the perceived better fuel economy and $30K savings. Not a major deal overall.
