Does anyone have a good source for educating myself on the M256? I am a wannabe mechanic and work on all of our other vehicles and just haven't had any experience with this engine.

eBay is a good source for “real life” photos on location of parts not addressed in technical documents. Search for M256 engines for sale from salvaged vehicles.
