AMG ACTIVE RIDE CONTROL
On the other hand, I find the Cayenne SUV second row head- and legroom plentiful and comfortable with the seat in the rearmost position and seatback reclined. I am 6' and find the second row spacious.

They cut 4 inches of legroom in the rear to give real headroom and cargo space in the GLE coupe. With that being said the GLE coupe still had more leg room than the X5 and the Cayenne SUV. The GLE SUV had more legroom then any vehicle in it's class.

The very 1st version was so amazing, I was able to do sharp turns or long high speed turns with the body almost flat. But then it started to make weird noise. Car was in the shop for almost two months, they finally got the updated version 2 bar installed. A lot more body roll, but then it crapped out less then 3 months, started making same noise again. I am on the 3rd version now, so far so good but definitely feels like a regular sway bar system.

The software was installed in Fall '21, and I immediately noticed more softness, and less immediate roll stiffness.
Aside: Do you know if the ARC version 2 mechanism was OE in a 3/21 build?
I still have the ride enhancement with the ARC, and it does definitely counteract sway, but not as aggressively as before.
Actually, I was at the track, and I spun off.
I either left the road because of a suspension malfunction, or leaving the road caused the problem. When I return to the pits, I saw a "do not drive over 50" warning and the suspension went rock hard. (I suspect the suspension caused the Off, but maybe I'm just covering up my mistake....)
I'm suspecting that the aggressive nature of the earlier ARC settings caused overheating or overwork, and the sway bar took a 'time out.'
Maybe the reprogramming was to reduce the stress on the ARC step motor or other component.
But you're right, it's softer now. I still like it.
