I am getting ready to purchase a 2025 GLE 63 AMG. The list price with the options I am considering will be around $153,000. For the last 30 years I have always purchased a MB that was in the last year of warranty and low mileage and do not have a feel for current negotiating practices with dealers on new cars. I will be trading a 2019 E63 AMG, which complicates things a bit. Any advice you all might have would be greatly appreciated
Best deals now if you can locate a 2024 that’s meets most of your requirements. There should be plenty of very nicely optioned GLE 63s and end of year discounts are significant. There is very minimal difference between 2024 and 2025 model year, It is essentially same vehicle. If you are determined to get a 2025 custom order shop at few dealerships you should be able to get at least 3% off and check American Express Auto Purchasing Program they have rebate offers through the Mercedes dealerships. Keep in mind customer orders generally take at least 6 months or more as opposed to getting current inventory vehicle right away.

Just bought a 2025 GLE63s as a custom order. MSRP was $146,100 and I paid $138,950, so $7,150 off, or ~5% off MSRP. Took right around 4 months from order to delivery.
